Where can i find my Track & Trace?

As soon as you placed your order, your order has been processed by GrowJungle and we will work on your order, when your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Track & Track by e-mail. 

What kind of boxes will it be shipped in?

The plants will be taped to the side of the box to insure that the plant won’t be moved during traveling. During wintertime, we will keep a close eye on the temperatures and if neccesary we will pack a heat pack with the plant. 

When will international shippings be posted?

Shipping wil happen on every Monday to insure the quality of your order. 

How fresh is fresh

The plants come straight out of the greenhouse. This means that there is no transport between the moment of packing the plant en ordering.

Where are the greenhouses located?

The greenhouses are located in The Netherlands. some plants will be transported by Flora@Home and some will be transported by GrowJungle.
